Another photo from Ray Hoadley in my collection of TH&B X-766 at or near Adams Yard, the industrial east end of Hamilton. The 250 ton Industrial Brown Hoist was used to clean up a derailment in the area. The TH&B crews sure gave this machine some TLC and a great paint scheme.

  1. Fabulous shot! Looks like it just came out of the shop after a rebuild/repaint. The crane is 30 years old when this photo was taken.

  2. Part of the reason for its good looks was that it was kept inside its own shed.
