Back when the trains were more interesting; leasing numbers on CP were high; CP had an agreement to run over CN oakville sub and the days railfanning were quite enjoyable, many of us were out as often as possible.  This is typical CP traffic on a nice warm June morning. CP 5642, 5616, GATX 902 and CP 5665 are the units up front. The GATX SD40-2 was the former UP 3902.

  1. These were the days. They ended around 2005. Amazingly the 90′s kept going into the mid 2000′s.
