CN M420 3522 at Mac Yard’s diesel shop. Originally CN 2522, 3522 would be retired in March 1998 and sold a few months later to National Railway Equipment in Silvis, Illinois. It would be picked up by the Cape Cod Central Railroad becoming their 2000 for a couple of years before returning to Canada and heading for the prairies as Great Western Railway 2000. The GWR retired it’s MLW fleet in recent years, with the 2000 moving east to Manitoba, now on the Keewatin Railway’s roster as their 2404.
