CN SD40-2(W) No. 5358 and IC SD40-2 No. 6139 are down on their knees climbing Dundas hill at a labouring 5 MPH as they prepare to duck under the Inksetter Road Bridge. No. 5358 was from the last build group (10) of six motor wide nose units supplied by GMD London in December 1980 and is wearing the relatively short lived CNNA Map or ‘peeling paint’ scheme. No. 6139 was purchased new from EMD in August 1991 and is wearing the still current WWW.CN.CA scheme, most likely applied when the unit was rebuilt to SD40-3 status in February 2000. While No. 5358 is still active, No. 6139 was retired in 2010.
