After it closed UCRS attempted to move in there but got nowhere. It was also proposed to include community space for local groups and events. These were not freebee proposals. Modest rent was offered. After a small fire in which firemen chopped a small hole in the roof to put out the fire, CN refused to repair or even cover the damage. Another fire did it in. Demolition soon followed. Sad!
