  3. It is interesting that there is no van (caboose) in this view. Perhaps it went through on the train? We had 3 different acid trains on the London Division. Two went to Windsor for either Amherstburg or through the tunnel to River Rouge. We also had a 54 car train that went to the C&O at Chatham for Courtright.Crews out of London on that either took the van & ran thru to Windsor ran van hop back to London.In this case, the power might have been ferried back to Woodstock by “73 & 78″ and the crew that brought it taxied to London.
