CP 4082 and 8574 rest at Windsor in early 1964. These dual-service units probably are the power for train No. 20, "the Overseas" which was due to depart Detroit at 4:25 PM and change to CP engines at the NYC Windsor station (before departing for Toronto and an overnight run to the Windsor Station!) No. 20 and its westbound counterpart No. 21 would change from conventional trains to RDCs west of Toronto at the April 1964 change of card. (Thanks to Doug Wilson for help identifying the photo location.)
