  1. @ngineered4u Hi Phil,
you have an impressive body of work. Trains are some of the most beautiful machines ever built, and you captured them brilliantly.

Whenever you’re in Vienna, Austria, feel free to drop me a line. I’m based in the 10th district and would love to meet for a coffee or a beer.

    Thanks,
    Jordy

  2. Hi Jordy. Thanks for the compliment. Its appreciated! I agree that trains are fascinating and beautiful machines.
I have been blessed to be not only a railfan, but someone who has be a locomotive engineer for 36 years. My boyhood dream.I have so many photos not shared yet.
I see you have not posted any photos yourself? It would be great to see some of your work!

  3. Hi Phil, thanks for your kind reply. It’s fantastic to hear that you’ve been a locomotive engineer for 36 years, what an incredible career and a true boyhood dream fulfilled. I’d love to learn more about your experience. I’ve been fascinated by trains since childhood and still enjoy travelling by train and photographing them.

I tried uploading some of my photos, but unfortunately this site only accepts images taken in, or of, Canada, not Vienna. If you’d like, I’d be happy to share some of my photos via email, just let me know if that would be okay. I’ve shared my contact details with you via Instagram message.

  4. @ngineered4u Hi Phil,

It would be great to see more of your work and learn about your experience on the railway. As Instagram can be unreliable, I’d be happy to exchange some of our photos via email, if that works for you. You can reach me at: my name followed by 4444 [at] yahoo dot de (not .com). I look forward to staying in touch.
