Caption: GO 561 leads 3516 from Mount Pleasant - Union through the West Toronto neighbourhood, about to pass under Rogers Road. In the distance, the new Mount Dennis GO Station can be seen, which when finished, will connect GO and Union Pearson passengers with TTC and Eglinton Crosstown LRT systems.
The large white building at centre is part of the former Kodak plant, located on the northeast side of Eglinton Avenue and Weston Roads, east of the CNR Brampton Sub and CPR Mactier Sub. Named Kodak Heights, the plant, commencing operation in 1917 as Kodak's Canadian headquarters, was expanded in 1939 when building 9, pictured above, was built. Operation continued until June 2005, when Kodak ceased its Canadian operations.
