Caption: Here's a neat one from Reg: unconventional loading at the VIA/CN Burlington Station at Burlington West. For some reason the mainline tracks couldn't be used (might have something to do with the track workers by the station in the distance), so the morning VIA-Amtrak "Maple Leaf" from Toronto to the states has to make a minor reroute around the station and load on the back track. Seen here paused for its station stop is Amtrak F40PH 228 leading seven Amfleet cars, sitting at an odd angle, with passengers loading by the last car. Anyone know the incident?

This is bizarre, I’m glad Reg caught this. Seven cars is a big for a Maple Leaf, too.
