If you have ever wondered how hot an AC4400’s prime mover can get, wonder no more. It is a common trait of many GE models no matter the paint scheme. It’s hard to believe so many years ago I caught these 8500’s in fresh paint. Time flies. Here scorched 8507 leads train 237 over the Credit River in Streetsville, while the surrounding greenery gradually fills in.
