In the early 2000's Burlington West was still a nice place to hang out without being bothered, and the old station was still a good photo prop as it waited to be repurposed. Thankfully it was saved and moved a block away and is now a well looked after museum. It wasn't uncommon for the locals between Oakville and Aldershot to be held here for higher priority trains and this day was an example of that as 550 waits for a light to head west. It was a nice September day and the crew has headed to the the front porch to take in the nice weather. The lead unit still wears "AR Illinois" lettering from a tv production shoot a few years earlier.
