In what I can think of nothing other than an April Fools joke the DSA in Toronto pulled, a quartet of 4 axle units lead Toronto to Thunder Bay freight 221-01. The only talk over the scanner at the crew change was how much of a joke this consist was, the leader CP GP40-2 4657 unequipped with Dynamic Brake the engineer will have his work cut out for him going "old school" if you will setting the brake when required to slow down for anything that may restrict him on the 138 mile trek to Thunder Bay.
