In work service for the day on the Tumbler sub. I can't really recall much of the activity that day, most likely we had dropped off a CAT bulldozer for snow plowing at Whitford siding. I do recall that I was not too comfortable pausing there as the area is a known avalanche zone. A gloomy winter afternoon, the mood of the crew matched the weather. The Roadmaster that was with us was not in a good mood either, perhaps not impressed with the progress of our work assignment. Such as it is on the railway.
