  1. great picture! In 1957 I was in grade 7 @ Governor Simcoe school. The L&PS shops were within the area that I roamed. As for the flanger I passed it many a time but I never saw it in use. There was an electrical sub station and a GSW factory across the tracks from the L&PS shops.
