Not something I recall seeing before here; a 4 unit light power move. It is possible they ran some traffic over to the CN yard and are returning to Montrose Yard (mile 4). Anyway, the units are CP 8209, 1806, 1812 and 8212. Sounds like power off of a 500-series train, one of the Toronto to Buffalo (and return) dailies.
That is Palmer Av to the left and the scene is near Mile 1. This is now a walking trail.
