Caption: On a trip down to "Steeltown" one winter day, a stopover was made at Campbellville to shoot some morning CP action on the Galt and Hamilton Subs. After northbounds #427 and #247 cleared the Hamilton Sub and headed east, CP #426 "The Steel Train" crests the grade and makes a left at Guelph Junction, swinging down the Hamilton Sub with SD40-2's 5775, 5989 and SOO SD60 6053 in the lead. We would catch up with this train later at Hamilton Junction/Desjardins, waiting on a meet with an northbound heading up the Hamilton Sub with yet another SD40-2 leader.
Stops that afternoon included SOR's Stuart Street yard to shoot their recently reactivated SW1200RS 1359, and the unit on a local job running around on the N&NW (in "The Hole"), switching Railcare, Stelco and Parkdale Yard.
