On my recent trip from Winnipeg to Churchill and return (July 31-August 6) I was able to detrain along the way, in several locations, and snap a few photos in mostly sunny conditions.
On the trip up to Churchill, Dauphin, MB was one of those spots that provided almost 30 minutes of platform time to mill about and gather a variety of pictures. The stations cornerstone, or in Dauphin's case the 'towerstone' reads CNR 1912. In addition to its VIA obligations, the station also houses the Dauphin Rail Museum.

  1. Long awaited….and worth it! Very nice….certainly one of the nicer stations preserved.

  2. I’ll submit a view from the other end of the platform for you.
