Caption: One for the "Human Element of Railroading": after a successful run down to Streetsville and back to interchange cars with Canadian Pacific, conductor Steve Bradley (in vest) and his engineer (in blue overalls, I believe his name was Wayne) change out some brake shoes on the lead Blomberg B truck of Orangeville-Brampton Railway's lone unit, CCGX GP9 1000, after putting her away on the station track. No fancy tools here, just pipe wrenches, hammers, and a bit of ol' fashioned manual labour to get the 1957-vintage unit ready for its next run.
(And thanks for the short cab ride, guys).
