Part of Hamilton, Ontario's heritage much like many other large towns and small communities across Canada is the railways. Although not protecting trains anymore, this semaphore signal stands on static display in downtown Hamilton as a reminder that CN trains once rolled down Ferguson Avenue helping the steel city grow.

  1. Makes you wonder if it’s real.. and how close this stands to the original H&NW Station on Ferguson Ave…

  2. By real I mean – at least of CNR heritage to say the least :)

  3. @ headtailgrep – This was taken within very close proximity of the station as well as some other artifacts such as a station cart, switch stand, rails, and a few semaphores.
