The inbound power from CP Train 2, The Canadian, has cut away from its train at the Sudbury, Ontario station. The middle unit, 1908, will be set off while the two A units, 1402 and 1404, will be coupled back up and take number 2 to Montreal. The 1908 will return west on that night's #1. A yard crew will eventually take the 1908 to the shop area.

  1. The winterization hatches on them were thick back in the day.

  2. Sporting the roof mounted spotlights and icicle breakers!

  3. Thanks guys. I could never figure out why CP always set out the middle unit and not just drop the trailing unit.
