    Those were the days!
    I believe that is a Fairmont M19 2-man inspection track motor car equipped with a ‘one-lunger’ gas engine and an early fiberglass cab.
    Nicely secured on the platform with a length of chain through the rear wheel to the rear step bar and a switch lock.
