This westbound VIA passenger train, with an A-B-B-A of MLW FPA-4s is on CP's Belleville Sub. due to a derailment which has blocked both main lines of CN's Kingston Sub. just east of Bowmanville. The photo is taken about an hour before the Turbo Train detour picture I posted a few weeks ago.
