Train 106 is approaching the Waverly road overpass Bowmanville. in a rain, snow mix with strong east winds. The aging BC Rail unit is suffering electrical issues causing the train to move along at 25 mph. As long as 106 is moving its fine according to the dispatcher. Problem being there on the block of another east bound having power problems as well. that train had left Oshawa 45 minutes prior to 106 catching it.
