  1. CP M300 is a model 40 MK II Wickham Inspection Car

  2. Years ago, one of these stopped at Guelph Jct on its way from London to Toronto. The Operator told me later “I couldn’t believe how many of those *censored* officials they could cram into that thing”.

    I believe these things operated signals & crossing protection as the axles were not insulated like motorcars (speeders) were.
