With CN’s new delivery of locomotives about to begin departing General Electric’s assembly plant. It appears that the leased power assigned to CN may not have much more time left. Here we see a former Santa Fe “warbonet” SD75 trailing on train 148 as it storms through Milton.

  1. What a great photo Marcus. I’m going to miss seeing those old Sante Fe lease units driving by. I think it is very fortunate that they have not been repainted. I can’t believe the number of trailers in the background.

  2. Nice one Marcus, get them while you can.

  3. I will miss these units the most! And yes lots of warehouses in Milton.

  4. Oh Wow! How’s that Marcus. :-) I just caught these same 2 units this morning headed south out of Edmonton. Check my today’s post. This is way cool. Thought something was familiar when processing my photos at lunch.
