Nice surprise to see a former Seaboard Coast Line, still in SBD paint, leading the #321 over to Canada on an early afternoon run. Needless to say, this was a rare occurrence. Second unit is CSX 6246.

  1. From personal preference; I’ll take a Chessie train going over the Niagara Gorge to VIA at Washago. Very nice picture Mr. M.

  2. Hard to believe downtown Niagara Falls had so many railfanning opportunities at one time! Today it’s just a ho-hum Amtrak run or two across the border on the CN bridge.

  3. Me too, now that I look back at it all. And to think there are a lot more that I’ve yet to put up because either the photos are lousy or I just haven’t come across them yet. And I never shot from the “Tourist Towers” either!!!

  4. Great shot!
