A rare early afternoon 431, having arrived not long after VIA 85 - is finishing their set off of all 36 cars plus JLCX 1591 in the Kitchener yard. The former CP GP9 is destined for OSR at Guelph Junction. Expect this engine to be in Guelph on Monday.

  1. You really think it’ll make it to Guelph Monday? LOL

  2. :) We’ll see. Could be two more weeks :)

  3. Interesting. Maybe I’ll snag a shot of it while it’s in town. By the way, I saw 432 on the way to work over the expressway; obviously the 2236 was leading.

  4. Because GSCX 7369 is in the shop for wheels, until someone decides to turn 3393 or 3054 I’d imagine you’ll see different 4-axle units substitute.

  5. Wonder why they didn’t drop JLCX at Guelph along the way?

  6. Whatever happened to GSCX 7362 then? I had no idea when that unit disappeared.

  7. It’s right there in the photo – GSCX 7362 is now GEXR 3393. 7369 supposed to become 3394…someday…in 2 weeks maybe?

  8. More often then not 431 Train length makes stopping in Guelph not an option.

  9. 1591 ended up in Guelph today and was taken to the junction.
