Another shot from a New Years weekend trip into Ontario in 1981. On January 4th, 2 CN units were put on a westbound VIA train from Toronto.     CN 4016 was a regular. You’d imagine the second unit would be “insurance”.

    Lovely shot. But the coldest day on record was in January this Year.. beating out the 1959 record of -20 (not to mention wind chill).. great you made it out on this cold day!
