CN 8103 leads train X371 through Brantford on the South Track after being held at Copetown West for meets with CN 330 and Via 76. This was an awesome catch after work on a Friday especially since this might be one of the last photos of 8103 in its ex EMD demo paint. Sister unit 8100 is now in CN paint and 8101 and 8102 are currently in Centralia presumably getting paint. Thanks to everyone who provided updates on this one through FPON, much appreciated as always!

  1. So tempting to post my exact same shot! :) I don’t want Steve to lay and egg though… Great shot. It was a nice way to end to work week.

  2. You could – and it would be a race to see who gets the most views/shares/etc :)

    But Young Joe… he’s quick ain’t he.

I managed to shoot this at Paris Junction. What a nice catch.

  3. I got it at Ingersoll. There were other guys there too. Thanks for the heads up everyone.

  4. Not fare, he’s already 67 views ahead!
