In what is about as good a meet as you would get, northbound ONR 1736 and 1734 have slowed, cut the ditch lights; awaiting southbound ONR 1730 and 1735 which is less than a minute around the bend. Matheson sation in background has just received a new roof and looks good for a few more years. It also is the town bus terminal.
(ONR 1736 went to Progress Rail in 2005) Northbound train en route to Cochrane.

  1. A nice shot of Northern Ontario when you wandered those parts. April and no snow; I’ll bet the wind was brisk that day.

  2. Classic ONR.

  3. Awesome shot of my old stomping grounds!
