The wEstbound "Ocean" rounds Mill Cove with a RS-18 leading this day. There must have been issues with the trailing FPA-4 because Fairview Shops could have easily put it on the lead. Perhaps it was the engineer's choice?
This area is quite different now. A lot of the pond on the right has been filled for a Superstore, and they are filling in the Bedford Basin on the left.
