  1. Interesting. This yard served many railways – at one point some of it was leased to C&O for classification of freight. As well, TH&B had a yard office on site as their crews would take over trains at this point for Kinnear.

    By 1987 I imagine the CP integration of TH&B was in full effect, but could C&O continued to use the yard for switching at the time?

  2. I’m puzzled. This is not at Montrose Yard? It shows on the map to be on CN.

  3. We can fix this up. I’m 99% certain this is Montrose yard.

  4. If your certain its Melrose yard, you can fix it.
