A couple of OSR vintage locomotives in corporate colours have just finished reassembling their train after lifting cars in Ingersol yard. The brakeman is climbing aboard, and in a few minutes the train will resume its journey to the CP interchange in Woodstock.

  1. Well timed photo of climbing aboard. Although an engine we all like to take pictures of, they are not the easiest units to entrain. Thanks for posting this one Marcus.

  2. Thanks, yes I hear that a lot, I’m told that’s why they ran in trailing position so much on the Goderich-Exeter.

  3. Nice ‘action shot’. I get the feeling we should not take these units for granted, as we tend to do when we see them enough.
