CP O2H is ready to depart Kinnear Yard for their overnight layover in Aberdeen Yard. This was the largest crowd of people I have ever seen in Hamilton this year! A reported 13,000 people came out to the concert and to see the train. It is always a great way to kick off the Christmas season with this train.

  1. That looks fantastic! Aidan’s favourite part of the train was the wreath on the front so I’d give you two gold stars if I could!

  2. Really nice Joseph. Some of the effects are cool. The ghost image of the US flag. It must have done a small wave as you exposed. The blue glow of the trees in behind the 2246, looks a little spooky. :-)
    Excellent work with the camera.

  3. Even Ayr had a lot of people. Great turnout!

  4. Today was Chatham turn…lots of people….great turnout…but we didn’t get the effect of the lights! Awesome photo Joseph.Curious as to the settings you used to capture it all. And did you use a tripod?

  5. Thanks Todd!

I did use my tripod for this shot. I had a 3 second exposure, ISO 200 and F5.6. It took some trial and error to get settings that I was happy with.
