NS C93 has completed their switching in Fort Erie and has pulled up to the International Bridge to briefly wait for a single before returning to the States.  NS 3480 was built as BN 7265 and was acquired from NRE in 2012.  I didn't notice at the time, but it looks like C93 has a mascot riding the sand fill cap on the nose of the locomotive.

  2. I don’t get there too often but I think it’s typically early to mid-afternoon that they come across.
