CP C424 4215 and Algoma Central Railway SD40-2 181 await departure from the Agincourt yard diesel shop while a Helm Leasing unit sits to the right. That morning, Algoma Central Railway SD40-2's 181 and 185 had entered the diesel shop, presumably off a southbound that had come from the MacTier Subdivision. Both units were eventually separated with 181 paired with the aging MLW C424 on possibly the next northbound junk train bound for the MacTier Subdivision.

  1. Nice photo. However, ACR 181 is an SD40, not an SD40-2. Units 180-182 were SD40s and 183-188 were SD40-2s.

  2. @RDC Fan- Thanks for the comment and correction on the ACR unit.
