The CN 15:30 Kitchener Job slowly trundles along the farm fields of Waterloo County, which is now the Township of Woolwich as it leaves Elmira behind after completing it's switching duties. CN 4138 is approaching the Scotch Line Road crossing, south of Elmira with cars lifted from Nutrite as well as Sulco Chemicals as it returns to Kitchener on the Waterloo Spur during a hazy late summer evening.

  1. Frig you’d almost think nothing has changed since 1996..

  2. Yes exactly minus the hoppers.

And 4138 was set-off by 533 this past Wednesday and used on Thursday’s 568. So it might return to the Waterloo Spur again after it’s time here last summer.
