The former CN Harriston station gets a front row seat to what was become the following day as track machinery is viewed already staged as the CN rail salvage train can be seen tied-down for the night in the distance. These track machines would slowly follow the rail salvage train as it removed the Owen Sound Subdivision from Harriston to Listowel collecting the remains of the line once the rails were pulled.

  1. Did you happen to record the CN running number of that Pettibone Speed Swing in your notes? I believe it is CN 436-12
