I really miss scenes like this. CP 4573, 4512 blasting westward past the old Zorra station on a late fall day in lots of sunshine. One can imagine the roar. Being trackside with those big M-630s was what it was all about back then. This location is about 7 miles west of Woodstock.

    I agree with everyone. I noticed the overhead bridge in the background which was recently demolished.

    The track off to the right led to Ingersoll North. That bit of the St.Marys Sub was lifted in the 1980s. I recall going down there a few times. One of them was riding the point on a car of lumber for the full 4 miles. We were on a weekend London Pickup (Pool job out of Toronto Yard).

    That must have felt like a lot more than 4 miles!!!! Imagine that in poor weather.
