There's no mistaking this location - CN L566 is parked in Elmira at the Lanxess (formerly Chemtura/Uniroyal opened in 1942) chemical plant near the end of the line of the CNR Waterloo spur. I did a similar photo in the GEXR days .

    I didn’t stay over :) just drove up, got shots, left
