An eastbound potash train led by CP 8735 rounds the bend at Sperling in Burnaby, BC, passing a westbound potash train with CN power waiting to take the tunnel to North Vancouver. Immediately after the front end of the eastbound passed me, another westbound went through the middle track, occupying all three tracks. That train had sulphur loads with CN power. It was a hot few minutes after an almost 1.5 hour lull with only the waiting westbound potash train. June 23, 2023.
