A pair of GEs power CN train 594 as they rumble by the old train station in Hampton, New Brunswick near sunset. The colors of the ponies really stand out.

  1. That is spectacular

  2. Back in early days, the Hampton & St. Martin ran to St. Martin which, at the time, was a wooden ship-building center. When that industry dried up, I think in the early 1920′s, the line was abandoned. In 1976, I was visiting a friend in St. Martin and we walked along the grade and found some old bridge abutments about a mile west of town.

  3. Gorgeous shot. Very well done.
