The date stamp on the Kodachrome reads Jul 62. Mr. Homes will only have just set the 6060 up on it's viewing platform in Jasper. It will be another 10 years before the 6060 is freed to the rails and allowed to roam them once more. A couple of master mechanics are checking out the running gear :^), from our summer of 62 vacation.

  1. She was looking like new in 62,i worked on it at psc shops Montreal in 72-73.

  2. After sitting outside for over 10 years, bringing the 6060 back to operating order must have been quite an extensive job. A gazillion people have been happy since. :-)
