The scene is a rather peaceful afternoon at Bayview Junction, back before the hassle-free days came to an end. A trio of railfans watch CN 4102 & 6622 heading westward from Toronto.  This might be the mid-afternoon #83, now long gone from the timetable. Although we are in the very early days of VIA, their newly painted B unit already looks rather grubby.

  2. Great photo. Wish I had taken an interest at an earlier age on photography.

    Now about that ‘grubby’ B unit….I believe the correct term is ‘road worthy’! Lol
