It's not a perfect entry for the time machine, given my location a bit closer to the rails, but thinking back to Arnold's shot from September 1996 , it's amazing how much life has returned to the rocky hills of Sudbury in less than three decades. All thanks to the tireless efforts of scientists, industry and volunteers who've worked on the regreening program since the 1970s. I should go back and try to find Arnold's exact spot, ideally when the lighting is less harsh than it was on this day!
