With sincere apologies to James Adeney and his CN 2030 Alco image (id=7232), the resistance to submit this photo was futile, and so here is the opportunity for James and others to see the Master in Action (big grin)....I believe it is he with the checkered coat!!
Bet you do not remember this, James....

  1. This is a great photo Arnold!

  2. Ha ha! That’s funny. Great shot Arnold.

  3. I wonder what James looked like in 78!

  4. Oh geez! I can’t believe I ever wore something like that. What was I thinking?! I wish my hair was still that dark. Thanks for posting this Arnold. One thing I remember is how the CN police would show up, give us a wave and leave.

  5. Awh, James………we all made some great fashion statements back then. I hate to think of what I was wearing….probably that old relic of a red Unionville Hockey jacket, that, 34 years later, is still hanging in the hall closet.

  6. 70′s foamers! I guess looking back on it, the power made up for the fashion!

  7. As an afterthought, James……….I DO know what you were thinking back then. “Here’s comes that damn Mooney, and LOOKIT the cloud he brought with him this time’.
    Some things never die.
