CN 4534 and CN 4533 round the bend through Bayview Junction. They are about to exit the Dundas Subdivision and head towards Aldershot. On the right of the photo is a couple of young railfans...perhaps they could Mr. Adeney and Mr. Mooney?

This photo is from my Great Grandfather Charles Bishop's collection.

  1. I wish it had been me, but it isn’t.

  2. I dispute the date of this photo – anyone have a reasonable guess to what it may actually be?

  3. I have done some more research…4534 was built in 1957. Judging by the weathering on the locomotive it cannot be very old. I would guess between 1958 and 1960.

  4. Mr. H.T.Grep: :o ) I thought the tower was still there at Bayview in 1960; if not, it had just been removed.
It would have been right back where the Namesign is located.

  5. The date was 1969 and it has been changed to 1960. If any further evidence comes into play feel free to discuss :-)
