When I seen your picture, I think about lot of history behind this photograph! I look so sad to see that, but surely great souvenir for you!
Alex181: You’ll see also that most photographs I post are dealing with just that…History in one form or another. I really miss the railroads the way they were, and more so, WHERE they were. Yes, the images are great souvenirs; after so many years one actually forgets where one has been sometimes and photos bring all the memories back. Sure, all photos are a documentation of the times, but for modern digital imagery, history is a long wait.
Sitting on the edge first gon may not have been the best of idaes.
This is perfect, I love old and historic pictures! Today where the track was, this is a trail for biking and walk or forestation took the place with time?
Alex: The line is still “in business” now part of the New Brunswick Southern. CP is history in the East.
