CN St. Clair Ave station, looking southward. Not much evidence of the Big City back then. :o) I assume the station is long gone; if not, would like to hear of it.

  1. Long gone. I believe it burned in the late 90′s. Nice to see it in better days.

  2. Thanks Eric. I couldn’t find it on the google maps, but thought perhaps it had been jacked up and hauled away to grace a park or something.

  3. Sad it’s gone, I shot it in a very sad state years ago just before it was demolished :(

  4. Interesting – I wasn’t even aware of a station there. There were small stations all through the City that I never got to see.

  5. Sheesh…could yo imagine the usefulness of this station today? Could have been a station for GO…who knows? This is what kills me about the railways…tearing down these buildings so interestingly built with great detail. And what about the other stations Toronto once boasted? Malton, Rexdale, Parkdale, Woodbridge, etc….what use would they serve today?
